We use data related to your click and usage behavior on the website for research into possibilities for further optimization of the website.

Processing of personal data

If you are asked for personal data, for example for a download, demonstration or other promotion, this data will be used for the administrative processing of your request.

In addition, if you have given permission for this or if there is a customer relationship, your data can be used by Spark Holland to inform you by telephone, post or e-mail about Spark Holland products and/or services that are relevant to you and /or carefully selected partners of Spark Holland.

The legal bases for the processing of your data are as follows:

1. a) Processing of this personal data is necessary for the execution of your agreement with Spark Holland.For example, to be able to deliver the (ICT) products ordered by you.

1. b) The data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of Spark Holland

There are various laws that Spark Holland will have to comply with. On the basis of these regulations, we are obliged to process and store certain personal data about you. For this reason, we may also be obliged to provide your data to third parties.

1. c) The data processing is necessary for the representation of Spark Holland’s legitimate interests

We want to offer our customers, relations and website visitors the best possible service. In order to do this, we process your personal data. This is the case, for example, when sending e-mails and the newsletter, creating an account, visiting the website and promoting social media channels. We always take your privacy interest into account and your data is stored anonymously as much as possible.

1. d) You have expressly consented to the data processing

If you no longer wish to receive the information we send you, you can unsubscribe at any time via marketing@sparkholland.nl. In addition, every commercial mailing from Spark Holland contains an unsubscribe link.

Security

The information you provide to Spark Holland is stored in a secure environment. Spark Holland uses a level of security when processing personal data that is sufficient in view of the state of the art to prevent unauthorized access to, modification, disclosure or loss of personal data. Our websites are secured with an SSL certificate. Our databases and applications are secured with Multi-factor Authentication.

Right to access and correct or delete data

To prevent abuse, we ask you to identify yourself adequately. When it comes to accessing personal data, linked to a cookie, please enclose a copy of the cookie in question. Objection to the processing of personal data

Right to dataportability
