Exchanging columns was never this easy! The Sirocco provides easy handling and exchanging of almost all commonly used column sizes in (U)HPLC.

Active and passive preheating

The Sirocco column oven ensures precise and consistent column temperature control, delivering reliable performance for any applications. The Sirocco offers the option for either passive or active preheating, to even further optimize thermal stability.

Passive preheating uses the natural heat conduction from the oven itself to gradually warm up the mobile phase before it enters the column. Active preheating, on the other hand, takes precision a step further by actively adjusting the mobile phase temperature before it reaches the column. This method ensures the solvent is fully equilibrated to the set oven temperature, which enhances peak shape consistency and improves retention time stability.
